Subcontractor procurement: Evaluate every bid in one place
Volve's subcontractor procurement space: Every bid for a package in one pack, compared against the client documents for scope coverage and reservations before award.

Subcontractors and suppliers commonly account for 70 to 80% of a construction project's expenditure. Most of the money on a job is committed in these awards. And the bids behind them arrive by email, in every format, each priced against the supplier's own reading of the scope. Comparing them means rebuilding each bid against the client documents by hand, and the lowest price often belongs to the bid that covered the least.
Volve's subcontractor procurement gathers the incoming bids for a package in one procurement pack and compares them against the client documents. For each bid: how much of the scope it actually covers, and where the supplier takes reservations. Side by side, before you award.
That changes what the award decision rests on. Not the number on the front page, but like-for-like scope, with the reservations you would be accepting visible while there is still time to do something about them. A reservation missed at award tends to come back as a change order in execution.
That share of the project is why we keep developing this area: more certainty in every selection.
