We saw how much critical information was being lost in manual tender review: missed requirements, untracked obligations, and learnings that disappeared when the contract was signed. Herman B. Smith

Co-Founder & CEO

Civil engineer with 10+ years in construction and preconstruction, including CDO-level experience at a major Nordic consultancy. Built Volve from inside the industry after leading design works on billion-NOK projects on both client and contractor sides, and pioneering digital business development across the Nordic construction sector.

Abyl Ikshanov

Co-Founder & CTO

Deep-tech engineering leader with scale-up experience building and shipping complex technical systems to market. Previously CTO at wheel.me, a Norwegian robotics scale-up, where he led software from zero to a commercially certified product. Holds an MSc in Artificial Intelligence from the University of St Andrews.

Co-Founder & COO

Strategy and digital transformation consultant turned founder, with experience advising large enterprises on commercial growth, process optimisation, and change management. Previously Senior Consultant at Capgemini Invent and frog, where he delivered strategic solutions across industries.
