We're running an industry survey on how construction teams tender
Volve is running an industry survey on how construction teams run tenders: risk, handover, and AI use. Four minutes, anonymous, results published openly.

There is no benchmark for how construction teams actually run tenders. Plenty of guidance on how it should be done, very little evidence on what happens when a live tender lands and the clock starts.
We are trying to close some of that gap. Over the next weeks we are asking tender and project teams across construction a short set of questions about how they review tenders, where risk gets priced, what delivery inherits from the bid team, and how AI is actually being used today.
The questions are deliberately concrete. Not what teams aspire to, but what existed on their last major bid: whether assumptions were written down and linked to their sources, what the delivery team received beyond the documents, how often the risks that hit a project had been seen before, whether AI is allowed anywhere near a confidential tender document.
The survey takes about four minutes, all answers are anonymous, and we will publish the results openly, market by market, with no gate and no email required.
If you work in tendering, bid development, preconstruction, commercial or project delivery, we would value your answers. Every response makes the picture sharper.
